Order cancellation:
You can cancel your order only if it hasn’t been dispatched yet.
Just send us an email with your order number to: hello@themysticlandstore.com
If cancellation is accepted, you’ll receive store credit for future shopping.
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched, no matter how convincing your owl post is.
Transit damage or wrong item? We got you!
We pack with love, but sometimes parcels take unexpected detours.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please:
Record an unboxing video showing the damage or incorrect item clearly.
Email us at hello@themysticlandstore.com with the video attached.
If verified, we will replace it right away. No fuss, no drama.
📌 Without the unboxing video, we won’t be able to help. Think of it as your magical proof of purchase.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are possible only if:
The product was damaged in transit, or the wrong item was shipped
Please email hello@themysticlandstore.com with your order number and we’ll confirm if you are eligible
We do not accept exchanges for:
Change of mind, Colour or design preferences
Products bought on sale, with a coupon, or via gift vouchers
Only unused, undamaged products with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact will be considered for exchange.
How to Return a Product
If your pincode supports reverse pickup, we will send you a shipping label. You can just pack it up and send it back.
If reverse pickup isn’t available, kindly send the product to:

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 4–6 working days to your original payment method.
