Shipping policy
Once your order reaches us, the MysticLand elves (okay, our warehouse team) get straight to work! We aim to dispatch every order by the next working day. If there’s any delay, we’ll notify you faster than Orak can cast a delivery spell.
You’ll receive SMS and email updates with tracking info from our shipping partners, so you can follow your journal’s journey all the way to your doorstep.
Delivery Timelines
All orders ship out from our HQ in Mumbai. Here’s what you can expect:
Mumbai: Usually 2 working days
(Need it faster? Message us for same-day delivery options!)
Other Metros: 3–5 working days
Non-Metros: 5–7 working days, depending on location, pigeons, and monsoons
These are general timelines. Weather, strikes, and wild unicorn traffic may occasionally cause delays. We will always keep you posted!
